This really went better than expected. I found the realtor detail oriented, personable, patient and very knowledgeable . The realtor was also encouraging when offers did not work out but not in a false/corny way. I liked she knew people to complete inspections and/or work on the home . Even the recommendations were not pushed and upon outside review can concur she knew reputable people to recommend. I think she would be a great resource for anyone looking to buy a home.
